Refund Policy
When and how refunds are issued for orders placed on CheapestSmmAdda.
When you are refunded
1. If an order cannot be started or fails on our end, the full amount is refunded to your account balance automatically.
2. If an order is partially completed and marked "Partial" or "Canceled" by the provider, the unused portion is refunded to your balance.
3. Refunds are credited as account balance, not as a reversal to your original payment method, and can be used for any future order.
4. Refund processing is automatic in most cases; if it does not reflect within 24 hours, please open a support ticket with your order ID.
When you are NOT refunded
- The order was placed against a private/locked account or post, and the system marked it "Completed".
- The link, username or content was changed or deleted after the order was placed.
- Deposits made to top up your balance are non-refundable once added, except where a purchased service could not be delivered at all.
- The order violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g. adult, illegal, or restricted content).
